Mobile Mammogram Screening Comes to El Patio de La Casa on July 21

La Casa de Don Pedro is partnering with Rutgers Cancer Institute, University Hospital, SAVE (Screening and Vaccine Education), and the City of Newark to bring free and accessible mobile mammogram screenings to the community on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
The Mobile Mammography Unit provides convenient, high-quality breast cancer screenings in a comfortable and private setting, helping women take an important step toward protecting their health.

What to Expect
Participants will have access to:

Who Is Eligible?
Screenings are available for women who:
- Are 40 years of age or older
- Have never had a mammogram or whose last mammogram was at least 12 months ago
- Are insured or uninsured
