La Casa de Don Pedro proudly celebrated Juneteenth by bringing together families, community partners, local organizations, and residents for an afternoon dedicated to honoring freedom, culture, and community.
Held in conjunction with the La Casa Farmers Market, the celebration created a vibrant space where attendees enjoyed live music, fresh produce, community resources, local vendors, giveaways, and activities for all ages. The event not only commemorated the significance of Juneteenth but also provided meaningful opportunities for residents to connect with organizations offering valuable programs and services.
Throughout the day, families explored resource tables, supported local vendors, learned about the history and importance of Juneteenth, and enjoyed a welcoming atmosphere that reflected the diversity and strength of our community.
